Bad service taking money But not giving Seevices

We pay for Wifi but never have a good signal when we Phone their help desk they Adjust the signal and it’s ok for a short while and then it fails again Help desk staff make commitments but never keep them looking for new service provider never able to talk To management or the owners of the organization
