Bad connection and no resolve

Internet connection has been bad to non now for over a month and yet after numorous support tickets i tryed getting hold of a technical manager and after a week of trying i have yet to get hold of one also was told id be contacted by one and yet no call yet. Tryed to also get hold of the CEO Michael roberto and also attempts are being avoided.
