Skyband communications- WiFi

I have been paying for a non existent service to this useless telecom company of Skyband Communications.The sad part is that ever since I complained their service has deteriorated even worse. Every time I complained they act as if we are responsible for not having a connection They are not responding to emails, when I call they say from their side they do not see any problems or we are streaming too many devices which is always not true. I am so disgusted
