Skullcandy

Bought Skullcandy headphone a year ago and the one speaker failed after a while-eventually took them too them to Musica and they told me they have a lifetime guarentee but I do not have the reciept and proof of payment(I believe there is only one agent)I bought a new pair hoping that I would get the damaged goods fixed anyway but regrettably was told that Skullcandy would not be able to assist......good product but tough after sales service.....according to Musica and Tokai Computers they often have this similar problem
