Poor service delivery

This company eas good when it came to sales but when I had a problem with the ear phones and was asked to send it to them with proof of purchase and a warranty form via courier service and I sent it through to them, they do not confirm receipt of the product and when I try to call them, I can only get through to the voicemail service or email them and get no response from them. They are poor at service delivery and am truly irritated with them as a company
