Don't buy the Skullcandy Hesh 3. The build quality is not worth the money you pay for it.

I've been using Skullcandy headphones Since 2014. I had the Hesh 1 Headphones and they lasted me till September 2018. The only reason I had to replace them was because, they were ******. I was so happy that I got the Skullcandy Method Wireless In-Ear headphones to help me So last year September/October (2018), I replaced my ****** Hesh 1 with the new Hesh 3. You could tell that the plastic felt flimsy but as a loyal Skullcandy owner, I gave them the benefit of the dought. I kid you not 02 February 2019, I take my Hesh 3 out of the Hesh 1 bag I still had (which I used as it's case bag), I put it on my ears and as wraps around my ears, I heard a snap sound. The right side of the headphones, the piece of plastic that holds the actual headphone in place snapped clean off. (The piece I'm describing is this inversed U shaped piece of plastic, that the earpiece sits between. The one side of this plastic snapped).

When this happened, I was in Germany, I decided to leave it until I got home to RSA, where I bought it. When I took it back to the shop I bought it from they told me they couldn't help me. They tried to explain it, but I didn't understand what they said. Regardless I've looked at the warrenty and thins like that, I'll follow the channels they set out for it on there website. but it doesn't look easy at all.

I Googled the issue and it turned out I was not the first one with this issue.

I payed R1600 or about 80Euros for my hearphones. And for it I expect a good build quality on the product. I'm really irretated with this product's build quality. And compaired to the noise cancalling it isn't as good as my Hes1's were. I know they are not noice canceling so I can't complain. I just expected more from them. Everything else is good. It has good clear sound, it charges fast, keeps me about 10h on a single charge.

I hope the Hesh 4 is much a better product. i know they can do better.
