Best service when it comes to sales but the moment you start calling with regards to guarantees they want to slap you with all kinds of Ludacris rules, i sent proof of payment and proof of the item i purchased and why i want to return it, they asked me for the original proof which was the letter that came with the courier guy,my question is who in this god forsaken world keeps **** like that for years?i sent proof of payment that i made via my phone, proof of the box the headphones was in along with the guarantee slip inside that box and they told me that my proof is null and void
