We had such a wonderful experience with Skuldhulp, and especially with Vicky Nel. From the very beginning, Vicky was incredibly helpful, patient and professional. She took the time to explain the entire process to us clearly, making sure we understood exactly what was happening, what to expect, and how everything would be handled. She made what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming situation feel so much easier and more manageable. We never felt left in the dark, and knowing that we had someone guiding us every step of the way gave us so much peace of mind.
