I contacted them today feeling completely overwhelmed and honestly quite ashamed of my financial situation. I was assisted by Angelene Spies, and I cannot thank her enough for the way she treated me. From the first conversation, she was kind, calm and completely non-judgemental. I was very emotional, but she listened, explained the process clearly and made me feel that my situation was not hopeless. When I explained that the first proposed repayment would still leave me struggling, she listened and helped find a more manageable option. This morning I felt as though there was no way forward. By this afternoon, for the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful about my financial future. Angelene, thank you for treating me like a person and not just a debt problem. Reaching out for help was incredibly difficult, but I am so grateful that you were the person on the other side of that call. Hopeful Again.
