Withdrawal problem

My problem has not been fixed, I requested a withdrawal on 17th April 2020 and on 23rd April 2020 yet when I check my Skrill account the amount is not transitioned. Why cannot Skrill notify me what the problem is to process my withdrawal. This is getting frastrating as it is a second attempt and I am regretting using Skrill's services at the first place.
