Where is my money?

<p>Tried a bank wire transfer, unsuccessful. Opted for VISA card withdrawal. The card was added and verified, TWICE! After skrill advised that the withdrawal transaction was process successfully, I waited patiently for 7 working days.... Waiting is over. Where is the money? My bank says there is no incoming funds... Skrill has to date not even OPENED the help ticket whereby I requested a tracking ID for the transaction, of some sort.</p>
