Very Unhappy Customer

Skrill is the worst company that i have ever dealt with ever if i could give them no stars i would, there customer service sucks they never get back to you, if you open up a new complaint the previous one closes without it even being resolved, My account with them is verified according to them but when i try and do a transaction it says my account is not verified. the most horrible thing of all it when i deposited money onto Skrill using Capitec the transaction was fine but now i want my money back because i am not happy with there services at all they say they do no support Capitec even though they took the deposit from Capitec. This company is Bad and they deserve all the negative criticism they Get. I just want my money back thats all and i will close this stupid Skrill account and advice people not to use them because they are horrible.
