Skrill Support...what support...*******!!!!

I have had money transfered into my skrill acc...suddenly I cannot access my skrill. I tried resetting the password but the emails never come through. I then tried contacting support....for a week now NO RESPONSE!!!!! Dont use skrill its the wordt app ever
