Skrill super layers

Hello !! Everything were fine in the beginning then skrill starts ******** ! They go to my account and make transactions and refund without my permission ! My problem with them starts when I emailed them and asked them about disabling the money exchange service on them website ! Then they opened my account and made a transaction !! Without my knowledge! I use PayPal for years and I had of complain with them but they helps me every time ... not like skrill they do what ever they want with the clients financial accounts !! Bad service
