Skrill stole away my money

I made a transaction of ZAR 1000 and after a week it still showed me as in progress. I raised a case to cancel the transaction and refund me the amount. Later, my Skrill account got closed. I have sent several emails, posted complaint on their page on Twitter, Facebook but haven't got my money back yet. In today's world this is the worst customer service or support I have to deal with. When I posted my complain everywhere, I just got a reply that I must put a complain in their website which I did several times and nobody ever got back to me. A nightmare, traumatic and exasperated with Skrill to get back my money.
