Skrill Services Pathetic

I have received funds into my skrill account on the 5th of August 2020, the skrill website does not allow me to withdraw funds to my capitec bank account Mastercard nor my Fnb visa card. There is no other option for me to withdraw the funds, when I query with skrill, they close all cases without response. I urgently require my funds but the skrill website is not accomodating so how am I supposed to receive my money???
