Skrill Moneybookers is a ****

Do not use Skrill for anything. Deposited $39 to be used at online merchants. But every time I try and make a payment using my Skrill account the transaction is declined. Trying to get help from the useless support team is pointless and their email support just stinks. I’ve now been trying to withdraw the funds to my bank account, but now their system keep changing the minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts. Making it impossible to get the funds. They are a bunch of ******* and ******. SKRILL MONEYBOOKERS is a ****!!!!!
