Skrill is pathetic

UTTERY DISAPPOINTED AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! As a first time user I am utterly disappointed. I received an email from Skrill asking me to deposit cash into a Shoprite account to secure payment for their collection agent which needed to collect a package from my residence for a buyer. This sounded unorthodox but because of all the good review and being a first time user I went ahead and deposited the money. Since then I've contacted various departments as to when the agent will be arriving so that the rest of my funds can be transferred from the buyer. In turn, after making the deposite I've received another email stating that Skrill does not deal with Shoprite. I've sent multiple emails expressing my concern and even reported this ********** activity to various internal departments but it has all fallen apon deaf ears only to have them tell me it's not their concern and I should take it up with my local police service. it's been more then a month that I have been back and forth and still nothing has come from my report after they explicitly told me that the buyer is a varified user. I emailed them screen Shots of the emails I have received telling me to make the deposit just to have them turn a blind eye regarding my request.My report is still on going and all my efforts have been ignored to resolve this case.
