**** and theft 100%. Not sure if this is allowed but going to try anyway. If you want to report online ******* activities https://www.ic3.gov/complaint. Does anyone know who the official worldwide internet authorities are? Or if there is one? Im so sick of trash like Skrill. I hope they out live their families for years beyond normal human life expectancy.
