Skrill has pathetic support... really pathetic

Even though I finally received my money back (after creating the below website)... they never even bother apologizing or explaining why all the hickups! I updated skrillcrypto.com to just the ip address: http://172.105.94.192 Sorry I cancelled the domain but the ip address is still usable.
