It a terrible site would not recommend i want my money back

Skrill is a big **** i want my money back, i puy in a deposit of alot of money in my Skrill account with a Mastercard and now i cannot make any online purchases or withdraw my money i want them to give me a full refund seeing as they dit not say anything about not being able to use a master card i want my money reversed back into my mastercard account
