failing to withdraw money /close account with SKRILL

I made a deposit into SKRILL ACCOUNT, and i have tried several times to with draw my money but i keep on getting the error message from Skrill support team.I have also tried to close my skrill account but each time i want to close it says i must first withdraw my money and when i want to withdraw there is a section where its written SWIFT, and when i enter the swift code for my Bank it says its invalid.Despite all my efforts the Srill Team does not respond and they just ignore your messgaes.I dont recommend anyone to open an account with SKRILL.
