Be careful. Will not get your money back

Even one star is too much. Be very careful. This operator has sneaky ways to claim you didn’t comply to their admin requirements and then keep your money as an admin fee. They will also not tell you what you did wrong only that they have reason to believe you did something wrong. I don’t understand how they are still allowed to be an operator in the UK payments system. They should be investigated and shut down.
