Bad Customer Service and *****

Skrill has poor Customer service. I made a withdrawal and gave them correct details and I waited for the money to reflect on my account which it never did. I contacted them and they provided me with proof of payment which showed someone's else banking details. I tried to have them resolve the matter since it's them who made the mistake and they refused. I lost the money and they support service is useless. They are not a transparent company. I believe that they are involved in *****ulent Activities because when you go to review your banking details they only few numbers of the account and hide other numbers. STOP using this company.
