Account hacked and skrill is unresponsive

My account was hacked by someone impersonating him/herself as an agent from skrill using this number +***10.But when I tried contacting skrill about the matter no one responded.Such a big company without a live chat or working contact numbers.People are being ****med putting your brand to shame due to your non-existant support desk. You just ignore.
