Very very bad service from staff member

The stinking attitude from a guy at jhb cbd, I am not sure about the exact location but it's the one in between capitec and Ackermans in bree street. He's dark, tall with tooth golds. He shouted me for doing an exchange in January. That guy doesn't know how to deal with customers. He's full of anger and can't separate his personal stuff and work. He doesn't deserve to work in an industry that associates clients. If you can't deal with the whole nonsense or take necessary actions, no1 will ever buy from that shop
