The quality of Merchandise poor

On the 25/09/2015 we purchased Superga sneakers (@youths classic canvas blk-sup2yb) which are Maroon in colour, on point of Sale I was assisted by the Store Manager. However the sneakers after one wash the colour washed out, I then went to the Store to complain or find out how this can be resolved I was advised by the same Store manager that I should have bought Shoe Shampoo to wash the pair with, however that was never mentioned on point of sale, I then asked if i could complain to Superga directly was told that it wont help since it is user damage.
