Super Terrible Service

I recently had the misfortune of buying some VW gear for a present from Skipper bar Lake Side Mall Benoni. I had to take the items back as they were too small. I personally spoke to the manager who together with his assistant manager promised to give me feedback by the Friday as this was Monday that I was in the store. I wait until Sunday before I call the store looking for the items I ordered. They nonchalantly told me sorry there is no such size. I call 2 of their other stores and lo and behold the size does exist - Alberton branch had it, but sold it because the transfer was not complete. I then call the Pan Mall Branch in Alex and they have the item I was looking for and they will be sending it Benoni. The item never got to Benoni even after 7 days! The staff at the store in Benoni are rude and inept, the junior staff tell management what to do and tells customers they can report them if they want to - Donald at Lakeside Mall to be precise. The manager at the store sets a poor example by telling me as a customer that I need to lose wight! How does this group allow the body-shaming by staff?

Headoffice isn't a great help either also makes promises that are not kept
