Cancelled my laybye on the 25 August and still today they are taking me from pillar to post saying their still waiting for the regional manager to verify the cancelation,04 September I was told to come and get my refund only to be told the lady who's supposed to refund me went out and they can't refund me until she's back which they don't know what time she'll be back.
