Skipper Bar complain

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Skippa Bar store in Carlton Centre on December 15, 2024. My daughter was excited to purchase a pair of Kappa sneakers, size 4, which she had her heart set on. Unfortunately, the store did not have this size in stock, so the employee assisting us suggested that my daughter try the size 3 on display. While we agreed to try the size 3, it was dirty, and despite the staff member attempting to clean it, it was still not in an acceptable condition. The laces were also dirty. I asked for a discount of R50 due to the condition of the sneakers, and while the lady at the counter was kind and understanding, she informed me that the manager was not present. I requested that the manager contact me, leaving my contact details. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when another employee at the counter, who was also present during this exchange, became dismissive. He refused to listen to my concerns, telling me in an aggressive manner to either take the sneakers or leave them, even throwing the boxes on the floor. When I asked if the shoes were available at any other locations, he rudely stated that they were the only ones who had them, then suggested I visit another store in Small Street, and imp**** that I should figure it out for myself. To make matters worse, he used an inappropriate and disrespectful comment, referring to me in a derogatory manner by saying "wena nala maVenda wakho." He did not apologize for this insult, and it was only the other lady who offered an apology on his behalf. I was appalled by his behaviour and refusal to acknowledge the disrespect. I asked for his name, and he identified himself as Tshepang Mashinini. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect shown during this entire interaction.
