Refund process was not followed and the staff members were very rude

I brought kids shoes at Skipper bar Louis Trichardt on the 18th of December 2024 and the following day I went back requesting a Refund I was told that it's not possible there is a law which it was not included or mentioned any where regarding the refund process. The refund process is you must being that original slip which I did. A had an original slip, shoes were on good condition. And the chasier and the branch manager had an attitude when explaining the process to me.
