I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Trade Route Mall store on January 5th, 8:45 am.

I visited the store seeking a refund for two out of the five items I purchased in December. The staff informed me that due to the cash payment, I needed to return later to collect my refund. The lady assisting me was exceptionally rude and abrupt throughout the process.

Despite writing down my details as instructed, I did not receive a call by the promised time of 12:00 noon. Upon my return to the store after 2:00 pm, the same lady displayed a dismissive attitude, stating that they still didn't have the cash and making it clear that I should not expect any assistance.

When I questioned the lack of communication, she became increasingly unfriendly and raised her pitch in a confrontational manner. Another staff member intervened, advising her to calm down, yet she continued to shout and express unprofessional behavior.

Furthermore, I was informed that I could not receive a refund for a discounted item, contrary to my understanding. I comp**** and exchanged the item as suggested, but the overall experience was deeply unsettling.

Upon requesting to speak with a manager, I was surprised to hear that the same lady claimed to be the manager. This raised concerns for me as her behavior was far from professional and unacceptable.

I find it imperative that this matter be thoroughly investigated and addressed promptly. Such treatment towards customers is unacceptable and does not align with the standards I would expect from Skipper Bar. I kindly request clarification on the store's refund policy, specifically regarding discounted items.

I believe in providing constructive feedback, and I hope my concerns will be taken seriously to ensure a more positive shopping experience for all customers in the future.

I have also submitted a complaint on their website, with no feedback what so ever.
