Poor Service

We made a Laybe for our son and now we went to to cancel it according to their company policy which allows us to do so. Now when we arrived the old lady at the till looked at us as if we are lost. After driving all the way they are telling us that the manager is out only he can cancel the Laybe. How *********** is that, why open the whole store on Sunday yet they fail to assist us. That's so unprofessional and low class service to such a high regarded store. They are saying they don't know when will the manager be back we can come tomorrow as if they will be paying for our petrol with all this up and downs.
