I have laybyed for my son a pair of sandals - my son is now size 11 and i laybyed for size 09<br> <br> the sandals are not fitting my child and the shop requested I keep the shoes till they have the same shoes and size to exchange for me but I don't understand as they don't have my contact details or they not showing any means of helping me <br> <br> I feel so disappointed of the service received and will never purchase of store again<br>
