laybye complaint

Hi my name is Mandla Nhlapo. i had a laybye made at skipper Bar the store in Evaton Mall a few months back in which certain things were never explained to me besides no exchange and refunds on laybyes that of which i saw on the receipt so today the 25 september 2019 as i was about to release it i was helped by a lady at the cashdesk in which i couldnt get her name cause most of the people had no name tags on them. the receipt doesnt even show what she was trying to explain to me and she said there is no way she could help me.... i would like to get a full on refund since i still have the receipt.. thank you
