Lay by refund

I was trying to cancel my lay by skipper bar the cashier said is not possible i asked for a manager the cashier said am the manager then i said am not going anywhere suddenly the manager came and said stop hey young lady stop making noise noise i felt some tiny and stupid i went to him said sir i lost my receipt and i would like to cancel my lay by and your cashier are telling me that i should take something in the store and i don't want anything i just want my money that's all, the manager said said is not possible i can't give you refund as you don't slip i said ok please give me your head office email address he refused and gave this numbers *** which is not even working
