Extremely bad attitude

I was treated like a trash on Friday afternoon at Carlton center store where one of employees asked his colleague Thato or Thabo to assist me. He turned his back, went to the store room I think, the guy laughed as if he knows what's going on. Then Thabo or Thato came back lean himself by the hall, cross his legs and hold his chin. The guy told him to help, he was just not interested and seems not to care if I'm buying or not. I left the store without being assisted
