Emotionally abused, poor customer service

I was insulted in their store, on the 7th of October 2020 Skipper Bar by a one lady who is pregnant, the problem was I was seating down waiting for my little brother and my son to choose clothes, she told me that I must go wait outside, I tried to explain that I'm waiting for my son to choose shoes and clothes so that I can pay after, as I was very tired. But the lady raised up the voice on me, insulted me in the manner that I ended up crying and walked away, some guys tried to calm her down she was still rude instead. I got a poor services and I was never insulted in such a way that I feel now. I am so disappointed.
