Customer attacked by your employee in your shop

This weekend I went to Skipper Bar looking for Shoes in Allen Street Newcastle. Little did I know that I would be attacked,disrespected,shouted on and insulted by one of their employees for absolutely no reason.

I came in that shop together with a certain guy,we went into different directions as we were looking for different shoes. The lady followed me and I thought she was following me because she wanted to help with any of my queries. The time for asking question about one of their products came and firstly I asked her name as I wanted to address her proper with her name,she refused to give me her name which was very weird because I believe I have the right to know who assisted me.

I then proceeded and explain to her that I wanted to ask about one of their products that I am interested in coming back to buy and she continued to be rude and told me that "ngizobe ngingathengeli yena" which translates it is not her shop therefore she can't assist me despite the fact that she is an employee there. I then asked why she gives me such attitude whilst I am asking for help with their shops ,I then proceeded to the person I came with into the shop ,I wanted to tell him that we must now leave,before I even talk to the guy that we must leave the shop premises as I experienced a rude behaviour ,she stopped him and told him not to interfere as she is dealing with me,she advised him that it must be one on one and she proceeded shouting on me ,creating drama ,embarrassing me. She created the impression that I was asking for a relationship and she rejected me and I am someone who can't accept rejection. This was not true,there was nothing I said in connection with asking for any relationship,friendship or anything like that,after she had stopped me to tell the person I came with that we must go as she said she wanted to deal with me,I then said to her "futsek" ,she then attacked me. I will continue writing to other social media platforms about my experience about what transpired saturday at allen street newcastle.

I later went to her manager to report the incident and she also explained her side of the story that it was not important that I should know the name of the employee who assisted me,the impression that was created in my mind by this words is that skipper bar is a kangaroo shop,it means unprofessional services are a norm such that the girl doesn't see anything wrong with not telling me her name.

I want them to dismiss that girl if they don't I will continue writing about them on social platforms for the next 5 years and I will press charges against the girl for attacking me for simply asking her name
