Skipper bar @diepsloot chuma mall have given me the worst experience ever. I went to the store numerous times to purchase size 12 Puma Uni*** shoes but unfortunately they did not have a size. I went back to store once again on a different day and I still did not find a size. I was then forced to lay bye size 11 shoes and told by a staff member named Promise that they would place an order for the size 12 shoes I was looking for. They told me to come back after a week to collect the shoes and I did exactly that but the shoes were still not there. I went back once more and the shoes were still not there. They were so quick to give me back my money without even suggesting an alternative to maybe looking for a different shoe after all the effort I have put in. I am utterly upset that I wasted my time like this when those shoes were meant to be a Christmas gift to my child. I suggest this store sorts out their customer service because this is unacceptable.
