Complain

I brought a hi tec for my younger brother during festive season. He was wearing it on the 25december 2020 than it was damaged I took it back to the store to complain on the 27december 2020 I was promised that they will exchange it when they get the correct size since they were out of stock by the manager mpho at Soshanguve crossing. I went there on the 5 jan 2020 to check since I received no call from the store but I was asked to return home till the area manager visits the shop and still no call from them I decided to visit the store again to get a feedback then that's when I got that the area manager was there but they didn't bother to tell me anything. I tried to explain my problem to that manager then he told me to take back the very same damaged shoe when I refused that's when he started insulting me. Even today they didn't exchange the shoes and I was not given my money back. I only have a receipt as proof of purchase
