BAD STORE POLICY

Do not buy from this store, they have no sense of what customer satisfaction is and they wont refund you if requested, they say their horrible policy only allows exchange.

i went to two skipper bar stores, one in lady smith and on in pan african (alexandra), with items that were purchased in pan africa. In lady smith branch they said they can not refund the items because they were bought from a skipper bar in JHB so i have to take them back there for a refund... i mean WHAT!!. Fine i go back to the skipper bar where items were purchased and they said they dont do refunds just exchange. So now you are forced to buy whatever just because or their policy.

NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN!!!!
