Bad service and false pricing

I have just the most awful experience. I went to Skipper bar in Maponya Mall, the second one, from the Pick n Pay entrance. I saw a Superga tekkie on their site for R749.00, when I got to the store it's priced R799.00. The assistant rang it for R849.00. I explained to the assistant that there is a price difference, he seemed less bothered. Realizing I am not getting any joy from him, I asked for the store manager, I was told he doesn't work on weekends, an override can only be done by a regional manager, who also doesn't work on weekends. Now this raised eyebrows. I asked for the assistant's name he refused at first and later gave his name as Thabane Mpongose. He was with another assistant, who gave his name as Sipho Mokale. The manager is said to be Mduduzi Hlophe, and the regional manager, known only as Sibusiso, this just shows how much interest the employees have in the business. I took my card and walked out, which means a loss of revenue to the company. I have made a lot of purchases from this store, after today, I doubt I will ever set foot there.
