Bad experience

Hi, I had bad experience at skipper bar market & glober street Polokwane, last month I bought shoes box was written R549 when I get to the tills it said R649 I just paid it cause was the last size and I needed them, I went there again yesterday I wanted to buy sandals which were costing R250 when I get to the till still they said they cost R349, I got attitude from the guy at the till and telling me that if I want to buy with R250 I should come back again tomorrow and he was very rude
