Bad customer Service

Good day

I’m very very upset and highly disappointed with the service I keep receiving at Westgate SkipperBar clothing shop. I went there to buy my son’s sneakers on the 27th of October, at home I realise the quality is bad so I returned them on the 2nd of November but they told me to come back on “Weekend” the Store Manager is only available then... I did go back on the 6th of November but the Manager wasn’t there again said the girl supervisor This is really making me angry cause what’s the point of a supervisor working there if she’s useless unable to assist. Same supervisor told said I must leave the sneakers as soon as the manager is at the store she’ll call me to get my banking details and transfer my Refund. Today it’s the 15th of November , no one has called me they have the sneakers but I don’t have my money back. I keep wasting my time & petrol going there for nothing! Please Please do something about that supervisor she must just be a general worker because she’s no help to the customers I’m very angry with this...!
