Bad customer service

I am not happy with the customer service I received at the Vryburg Branch from Smangaliso who happened to be the store Manager.

I was there to laybye 2 identical pair of shoes and same size and there was only one size for me. He dismissed me and told me to go check at side step aside or studio 88 and that's when he heard that I wanted to laybye instead of paying cash. I could have laybed that one pair that was there but because he was so rude it was best that I left.

Very unfriendly and rude even to the staff working there. He does not belong in the customer facing sector.

May this issue be addressed!
