I placed an order and received no confirmation email, a few days later, thinking that the order didnt go through, i placed another order. When i enquired they advised that the order is being prepared, i explained my issues and requested to return 1 order. I paid a further 99.00 for courier, they collected my return on 8 April and to this day, I have not received my refund.
