Wow factor!
I love skinstore. I have ordered from them twice. They had this special where if you buy 2 Cerave or Laroche- Posay products then you get a goodie bag! Let me say, this goodie bag is filled with little samples of both brands and are the cutest! It's because of their advert that I purchased the first time; never having used either brand of skincare, and OMW... I'm happy I did. I FELL IN LOVE WITH LAROCHE-POSAY skincare and upsized my order by them. I was in a rush though, and by accident purchased 2 400ml cleansers instead of a cleanser and lotion. I notified skinstore. They sent a link for me to update my order and I made a quick pay-in to change 1 cleanser to a lotion. So fast, friendly and helpful! By accident I received both cleansers still, but they also sent me the lotion after. Skinstore spoiled me so much as I got a Laroche-Posay traveling 10ml serum also. I felt so bad, as I had to choose between the two cleansers when I made the purchase, but I need to thank Skinstore for being so amazing and spoiling me and everyone with these goodie bags when purchasing 2 products as mentioned above. I will keep supporting skinstore. I do have a lot of product to last me quite the while but I will spread the great experience and encourage everyone to support this great place
