Disappointing customer service.

I recently had a highly frustrating experience with Skin Esthetics in Sandton regarding their booking process and communication.I scheduled my appointment well in advance, yet the clinic rescheduled my time twice. Neither change was communicated clearly, and I actually had to message them myself just to confirm when I was supposed to come in.The customer service throughout this process was incredibly poor. Dealing with them over WhatsApp was an equally disappointing experience.
