Skinbeat co.za. Pathetic customer service

I normally purchase Korean skincare from skinbeat co.za.. I normally spend over R3000 a month with them..been purchasing over a year from them.today the 20th of December 2024 I did a order for only R370 around 7 am..I sent through a email asking to cancel around 9am.. I received a response email basically explaining that I cannot cancel,that I would have to receive the parcel,pay delivery fees again and be charged a 4% handling fee!!

Extremely disappointed No value on customers

I urge anyone looking to buy from skinbeat.co.za dealing with Veronika NOT TO SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!

NO VALUE ON CUSTOMERS WHATSOEVER!!!
